Jason Jordan
Your FireStory is My Passion!
In 2009, after a 16 year career in corporate sales and marketing, I launched my dream career as a professional speaker and coach, primarily focused on communication between Generations (Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials). I developed programs on Intergenerational Sales Tactics, Leadership Development, and Communications, which were delivered at corporations and events around the country. Giving people tools to help them connect with others outside their generation was immensely satisfying, but the more business leaders, entrepreneurs, and influencers I worked with, the more I pushed them toward sharing their story.
This inevitably led me to the stories that matter most: The FireStories!

I am committed, for the rest of my career, to helping people of all ages communicate more effectively. In a world that is overrun with information and people trying to be heard, what we truly need is UNDERSTANDING. We don't need to know what you do or how you do it. We need to know your WHY. Qualifications
16 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and business development in automotive, advertising, and hospitality industries.
MBA in 2004 from the Mays Business School of Texas A&M (Gig 'em Aggies), with a double focus in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Certified "BridgeBuilder" generational program trainer and coach.
6 year career speaking and training on Generational Sales, Marketing, and Communication.
DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) certification with Toastmasters International.
District Champion and event finalist in Toastmasters public speaking competitions.
Certified 10 Greatest Gifts I Give My Children Project presenter, and team storytelling coach.
Double Ruby designation with the National Forensics League.
Outspoken member of Generation X, but have given up wearing the flannel and leather boots.

Luis Viloria
Luis is the founder and principal of Search4Fit International, a boutique search firm focused on helping technology companies achieve their strategic objectives in Latin America through effective leadership recruitment. Luis has spent his entire career of over 20 years successfully developing and leading teams in the Latin American theater. Particularly, he has taken great joy in bringing technology and innovation to his native region through his multiple Fortune 500 company assignments. He is also proud of his many contributions while associated with industry leaders such as AST Computer, Toshiba, Lexmark, and Panasonic.
Most recently with Panasonic, Luis led a successful Panasonic Toughbook mobility entry to Latin America by developing its strategy, partner ecosystem, and organization. Luis has a diverse background and has performed multiple roles encompassing sales, business development, marketing and senior management, making him uniquely equipped to help tech companies in search of leaders in Latin America. As a genuine relationship builder, Luis has built an extensive business network spanning multiple countries, industries and verticals within the technology sector.
Experience in Teaching and Public Speaking
Most people begin a communication course to, "overcome a fear of public speaking". While this is a noble endeavor, it is not what people truly want. They want to be heard, valued, and understood.
Our Signature 16 Week program will give you all of this and a lot more! Students of all ages will learn the fundamentals of great communication, storytelling, impromptu speaking, and extemporaneous speaking. Each session will include instruction from a seasoned professional speaker, as well as the opportunity to practice live what is being taught. Students will also complete 4 presentations that will be recorded for review, evaluation, and sharing.
There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
